Thunderbolt Adapter

Want to connect an old video camera to a new computer?  Read on!

There are two different adapters here - Firewire 800 to TB2 and TB2 to TB3 (USB C).

The two adapters are required to connect a firewire device to a modern Mac or TB3 enabled PC.  

It's important to remember that "USB C" connectors may be Thunderbolt 3  data connections (as in this case), not USB3, and will not work on PCs with USB3 only ports.
